Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is an Alexander Valley red wine in a 750 ml bottle. The producer describes mixed berry and blueberry aromas, followed by blackberry, cocoa and white pepper flavors. Its structured tannins and fresh acidity complement savory dishes such as pork loin or duck confit.

This vintage blends 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Malbec, and spent 14 months in French oak. Jordan recommends decanting the 2021 vintage for 60 minutes before serving.

Critic Ratings

James Suckling Review - Rated 94:

The nose is slightly restrained and intriguing, with graphite, dried herbs, black cherries, red cherries, anise and stones. The palate is incredibly silky and complete, with rose petals in the finish. A very pretty cabernet that is wonderful now and will reveal more with time. Drink or hold.

Wine Enthusiast Review - Rated 92:

The nose of this Cabernet leads with aromas of cassis, currant and herb melange, giving way to a palate loaded with rich tannin, juicy raspberry acidity and flavors of cocoa, leather, capsicum and cranberry. Pair with grilled steak, onions and peppers.
