The Quick Brown Fox follows the success of the award-winning Irish whiskey release of 180 bottles in 2023.
This 8-year-old single malt Irish whiskey begins its journey in ex-Bourbon barrels before being carefully transferred into Amontillado and Oloroso sherry casks, sourced directly from Montilla and Jerez by J.J. Corry founder Louise McGuane. The result is a rich and deep Irish single malt, offering complex layers of walnuts, preserved fruits, and a subtle hint of tobacco, reflecting the expertise behind the blend chosen by James J. Fox.
This exclusive release is a limited-edition Irish whiskey, with only 600 individually numbered bottles available, making it a prized addition for collectors and connoisseurs of premium Irish whiskey.
This release is limited to 600 individually numbered bottles.
