"The Quick Brown Fox Jumps Over The Lazy Dog"
The name for The Lazy Dog was inspired by this famous pangram, chosen as the perfect companion to The Quick Brown Fox. This exceptional 8-year-old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey begins its journey in ex-Bourbon casks from Kentucky, USA, before being re-casked into a carefully selected Pedro Ximénez sherry cask from Jerez, Spain. The result is a whiskey with intricate layers of wood spices, evolving into sweet vanilla and vibrant orange peel notes.
A true limited-edition Irish whiskey, The Lazy Dog is a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts who value premium Irish whiskeys with unique cask influences.
This second release (Winter 2024) is limited to 1,000 individually numbered bottles.
