Discover High Wire Distilling’s Jimmy Red Bourbon Finished in Peach Brandy Casks—a South Carolina craft gem rooted in revival and innovation. Made from 100% heirloom Jimmy Red corn, this bourbon gains extra depth from recently emptied peach brandy barrels aged near Charleston. Bottled at a flavorful 95 proof (47.5 % ABV), it pours with a warm amber glow, merging classic corn sweetness with subtle fruit complexity. High Wire’s grain‑to‑glass philosophy shines here—from regeneration of endangered corn to finishing in local brandy casks, every bottle tells a Southern story. The result is a beautifully balanced whiskey with creamy texture, fruit‑driven layers, and enduring spice. Ideal neat or starring in cocktails like a mint julep revival.
