A magnificent and extraordinarily rare Northern Italian sweet dessert wine from the 2018 vintage, displaying a dense, luminous golden-amber color in the glass. The highly complex and aristocratic nose opens with a breathtaking bouquet of dried apricots, candied orange peel, and wild wildflower honey, seamlessly woven with sophisticated notes of white chocolate, dried figs, chestnut blossoms, and a subtle touch of exotic spice. On the full-bodied palate, it offers exceptional concentration and a rich, oily texture, balancing its intense, sweet nectar-like core flawlessly with a vibrant, refreshing acidity that ensures it remains perfectly elegant, leading into an incredibly long, savory, and multidimensional finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with artisanal blue cheeses like Gorgonzola Dolce, pan-seared foie gras, delicate fruit tarts, almond biscotti, or savored entirely on its own as a profound meditation wine.
