Jameson Crested originates from the classic Crested Ten, which was renamed in 2016. The word “Ten” was removed from its name, as it was never a 10-year-old whiskey, and has been replaced with an X, reflecting its evolution. Jameson Crested is a complex blend of aged Irish whiskeys, honouring the Jameson tradition of quality, first established in 1780.
Crafted by Jameson’s master blender, each whiskey is carefully selected for its unique character and skilfully married together to create a fuller, richer, and spicier expression. This premium Irish whiskey offers a sherried depth compared to the classic Jameson blend, with the majority of the whiskey aged between 7-8 years. The blend consists of approximately 60% pot still whiskey and 40% grain whiskey, contributing to its well-rounded and complex profile.
Perfect for those looking to buy Irish whiskey as a gift, Jameson Crested is a must-have for anyone exploring the best Irish whiskey brands or seeking a bold, flavourful whiskey with a distinctive sherry influence.
