Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey
Crafted with a higher proportion of pot still whiskey and matured in a generous selection of first‑fill bourbon and sherry casks. The hallmark feature is the double‑charring of the bourbon barrels, which intensifies sweetness, depth and aromatic richness. This approach creates a whiskey with more concentration than classic Jameson, offering layers of butterscotch, toffee, spice and toasted oak. The result is a smooth yet characterful Irish whiskey that balances creamy sweetness with warm, nutty undertones and a lingering finish.
- A warm golden colour with bright amber highlights that reflect its time in double‑charred barrels. Aromas of butterscotch, toffee and vanilla rise alongside subtle sherry richness and toasted oak.
- The palate is creamy and concentrated, showing fudge, warm spice, caramel sweetness and nutty undertones.
- A smooth, lingering finish carries vanilla, gentle spice and a touch of charred wood.
Enjoy with roast pork, gently spiced curries, and sweet biscuits, as well as richer treats like chocolate desserts, creme caramel, or nut-based pastries.
