Jaffelin Pinot Noir
This vibrant Pinot Noir is produced by Maison Jaffelin, one of the oldest houses in Beaune, Burgundy. The red wine grapes are sourced from southern vineyards where the warmer climate brings ripeness and depth. Jaffelin uses traditional Burgundian methods, including hand-harvesting and fermentation in stainless steel to preserve freshness. The wine is partially aged in used French oak barrels for one year, adding subtle complexity while keeping the fruit profile at the forefront.
- Crimson-purple hue with aromas of ripe cherries and red berries.
- Jaffelin Pinot Noir reveals blackcurrant, blackberry, and black cherry with soft tannins and a long finish.
- A smooth, fruit-forward wine with elegance and maturity.
Pairs well with sausages, creamy sauces, boeuf bourguignon, or duck.
