Inquieto Tequila Añejo Cristalino offers a sublime encounter with clarity and complexity, showcasing the brilliance of a meticulously filtered aged tequila. This radiant spirit combines the rich, full-bodied flavors of an añejo with the crisp, clear appearance of a blanco, creating a tequila that defies expectations and invites admiration. Crafted from the finest blue agave, Inquieto Añejo Cristalino undergoes traditional aging in oak barrels, followed by a revolutionary filtration process that removes the color while preserving the sophisticated flavors and aromas developed during maturation.
Revolutionary Filtration:
- The secret behind the exceptional clarity and depth of Inquieto Tequila Añejo Cristalino lies in its advanced filtration process. After aging, the tequila is carefully filtered to remove the amber hue imparted by the oak, resulting in a stunningly clear spirit that retains the rich complexity and smoothness of an añejo.
Tasting Notes:
- Appearance: Crystal clear, with a luminous quality that belies its aged nature.
- Aroma: The aroma is an enticing blend of vanilla, toasted oak, and cooked agave, with hints of fruit and floral undertones that add a delicate complexity.
- Palate: On the palate, Añejo Cristalino delivers the velvety smoothness of aged tequila, with flavors of vanilla, caramel, and oak leading the way. Subtle notes of citrus and pepper provide a balanced counterpoint, adding layers of interest and enjoyment.
- Finish: The finish is long, smooth, and satisfying, leaving a warm, sweet aftertaste with just a hint of spice.
