High West High Country American Single Malt is a distinctive expression that showcases the innovative spirit of High West Distillery. Crafted from 100% malted barley, this whiskey is distilled "on-the-grain," a process where the grain is left in during fermentation and distillation, imparting a robust, flavor-forward profile. Aged between 2 to 9 years in both new and used barrels, including ex-bourbon and ex-port casks, this single malt offers a complex and balanced character. Bottled at 88 proof, it delivers a harmonious blend of roasted malt, dried fruit, and subtle spice, making it a unique addition to the American single malt category.
