Hennessy X.O, a renowned expression from the Cognac region of France, takes on a new artistic identity through its collaboration with French contemporary artist Jean-Michel Othoniel. Known for its deep complexity and bold character, this X.O (Extra Old) cognac embodies over 100 eaux-de-vie aged up to 30 years, delivering a luxurious and full-bodied experience.
On the nose, it reveals a bouquet of dried fruits, candied orange, and subtle spice, evolving into layers of dark chocolate, black pepper, and toasted oak. The palate is velvety and balanced, with hints of cinnamon, prunes, and roasted almonds, leading to a smooth, warming finish. Othoniel’s touch brings an added sense of art, with limited-edition packaging that reflects the liquid’s elegance and sophistication.
Enjoyed neat to capture the intricate layers or over a large ice cube for a mellowed sip, Hennessy X.O is a timeless expression for those seeking depth and craftsmanship. This special collaboration makes it a perfect collector’s item and a celebration of the seamless blend between fine cognac and modern art.
