Unleash a whiskey wildfire with Cut Your Wolf Loose Heaven Hill 15 Year Old Single Cask Corn Whisky. Distilled in 2009 at Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, this cask-strength beast, bottled at 126.2 proof, spent its first nine years in traditional American white oak before a transformative six-year finish in ex-Glenrothes sherry puncheons in the UK. Released by Brighton’s bold Cut Your Wolf Loose, a whisky bar and independent bottler, it’s a rare corn whiskey (80%+ corn mashbill) that defies convention with its rich, sherried depth. Only a handful of bottles emerged from this single cask, making it a unicorn for collectors. Sip it neat to tame its fiery soul or add water to coax out its complexity. Ever tasted a corn whiskey this audacious? It’s a fleeting prize for those chasing unique American whiskey. Act fast—this wolf won’t be caged long.
Label art is from the legendary Brighton street artist, @cassettelord (AKA Martin). Famous for making Brighton's B.T. junction boxes more palatable for all (and his love of cats), he's come up with something truly special for this release.
