How does this powder behave in shakes and smoothies?
The unflavored formula mixes smoothly and keeps the taste of your beverage intact, whether you use a blender or a shaker. The combination of fast-acting whey and slower-digesting casein helps create a thicker, creamier mouthfeel than single-source proteins.
- Mixes readily into water, milk alternatives, or dairy without clumping
- Neutral flavor so it pairs with fruits, cacao, or sweeteners
- Contributes to a creamier texture from the casein content
Is this product suitable for people sensitive to lactose?
Lactase is included to break down lactose, so this product is formulated for easier digestion by many who are lactose-intolerant. It’s not a dairy-free product—those with milk allergies should avoid it—but it offers a lactose-reduced option for people who tolerate milk proteins but react to lactose.
- Lactase enzyme added to reduce lactose content
- Contains milk-derived proteins, not recommended for milk-allergic individuals
- Useful for those who need protein without the digestive effects of lactose
How can I use this powder in cooking and baking?
Because it’s unflavored and minimally processed, the powder integrates into recipes without altering taste or texture significantly. It can boost protein in baked goods, sauces, soups, and homemade yogurt or coffee creamer recipes while retaining moisture and structure thanks to the casein fraction.
- Stir into batter for pancakes, muffins, or bread to increase protein content
- Add to custards, sauces, and yogurts for creaminess and nutrition
- Use as a creamer substitute in coffee for added protein with mild flavor impact
What quality and dietary standards does this product meet?
