Tasting notes: Jasmine, Nectarine, Blackberry, Green Tea
Recent arrival direct from Panama from the team at Finca Nuguo. This lot is a mix fermented geisha from the family’s first farm, Finca Jurutungo. Owned and operated by Damaris and Dafsne Gallardo, Finca Jurutungo is situated at approximately 1,600 meters above sea level. The Café Gallardo team processes both Caturra and Geisha varieties from this farm. This farm produces between 1 to 3 tons of Geisha coffee per year.
The recorded 959-J-MX lot is a Geisha with mixed fermentation and a light roast intended for filter brewing. Its jasmine, nectarine, blackberry and green-tea notes offer a floral, fruit-led expression from this Chiriquí property.
