The Hario Mizudashi Cold Brewer offers a simple way to make smooth, refreshing cold brew coffee right at home. Skip the café line and enjoy delicious cold brew coffee whenever you want it.
Crafting your own cold brew couldn't be easier. Just add your favourite medium-ground coffee to the fine mesh filter, pour in cold water, and pop the brewer in your fridge. Let it steep for a few hours, or overnight for a stronger concentrate. The result is a naturally sweet, low-acid cold brew that's incredibly versatile. Want a lighter cup? Use a coarser grind. Prefer a richer, bolder flavour? Opt for finer grounds.
The Hario Mizudashi isn't just about great coffee; it's also designed for ease of use. Its clever construction, including a removable filter, makes cleanup a breeze. Plus, it's dishwasher safe, so you can spend less time cleaning and more time savouring your perfectly brewed coffee.
