Hamilton Jamaican Pimento Dram is a distinctive Jamaican rum-based liqueur infused with fresh Jamaican pimento, also known as allspice. It begins with light Jamaican rum made from fermented molasses at Worthy Park Estate, where fresh pimento is macerated for seven days before the infusion is filtered and blended with sugar and water. The result is an intensely aromatic spirit with classic allspice flavours of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and black pepper, supported by subtle funky Jamaican rum character. Its long, warming finish adds layers of spice, anise, and gentle sweetness.
Hamilton Jamaican Pimento Dram is a versatile cocktail ingredient that adds depth and aromatic spice to classic tiki and rum-based drinks. Use it in a Mai Tai, Rum Old Fashioned, or other spirit-forward cocktails, or enjoy it over ice to appreciate its concentrated allspice character. At 30% ABV, it offers plenty of intensity while remaining approachable, making it an excellent choice for home bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts looking to add authentic Jamaican spice character to their collection.
