The first of H. Billiot's Prestige Cuvées, Cuvée Laetitia is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay whose secret remains jealously guarded. A perpetual Cuvée whose vintages from 1983 to 2014 fill its aromas with subtle and refined notes.
To be enjoyed as an aperitif to appreciate all its complexity and voluptuousness…
92 Points - Wine Spectator Ripe flavors of candied cherry and currant, quince paste and honey are layered with subtle notes of blood orange, vanilla and almond in this exuberant Champagne, which shows good balance and an appealing juiciness that pushes through to the long, mouthwatering finish.
90 Points - Wine Enthusiast With a strong, mousse-like feel in the mouth, this is a lively offering. It's yellow fruit is layered with toastiness. It has a rich feel, very much in the Billiot style, and a complex, compact character. It is ready to drink.
