The Prize Fighter Robusto, from Kaizad Hansotia of Gurkha Cigars fame, is a glorious stick that captures that most enticing of trifectas: mellow, tasty and affordable. While this smoke is packed with savory flavor, the Prize Fighter Robusto is a smooth easy-going jaunt that will please any level of connoisseur.
The inviting 5” x 52 Prize Fighter Robusto is a finely crafted gem loaded with sensuous tobaccos, starting with a filler blend of opulent three year aged Dominican tobaccos. Holding this core in place is, not one, but two binder leaves from Ecuador and Indonesia. A gorgeous Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper leaf completes the 45-55 minute smoke that will delight one and all.
First light of the Prize Fighter Robusto brings a free-flowing river of creaminess that does not let up until the final puff. Wood notes keep things interesting during the milder stages as a smattering of spice fills out the final, medium-bodied run to the finish.
Price aside, the Prize Fighter Robusto is an exquisitely-made stick that will bring immense pleasure. Now throw in an incredibly low price for a bundle of 20 cigars and the Prize Fighter becomes simply unbeatable. No matter what the occasion the Prize Fighter will step into the ring and go the distance to emerge as a true champion!
