Guerrieri Rizzardi Delara Montebaldo Bardolino
Several years ago the Consorzio for Bardolino wines announced the creation of three Bardolino ‘Cru’ zones. They began working on a wine to represent the CRU of Montebaldo in which lies some of their best terroir. The result is DELARA, a corvina dominant wine with a touch of rondinella that represents the pinnacle of red wine creation in the Bardolino denomination.
- A wine which combines intensity with elegance and balance. Complex and age worthy with a lightness in colour but a depth in flavour
- Guerrieri Rizzardi Delara Montebaldo Bardolino is rubin red in colour
- The wine has a marasca-rich aroma and characteristic spicy notes. Reflecting the freshness of corvina and merlot without barrel ageing
- Taste is dry, fruity and spicy
Pairs beautifully with grilled vegetables, roasted chicken, light pasta dishes, or subtly spiced charcuterie. Its freshness and spice make it a versatile choice for Mediterranean cuisine.
