This meticulous process creates a whisky of exceptional depth, complexity, and refined elegance, blending the smooth richness of Canadian whisky with the sophisticated sweetness of Cognac.
The whisky opens with alluring aromas of dried fruits, toasted oak, and warm vanilla, complemented by subtle spice and Cognac-inspired floral notes. On the palate, it delivers layers of caramel, ripe stone fruit, honeyed toffee, and delicate oak, all balanced by the lingering sweetness and silky texture from the Cognac finish. The finish is long, luxurious, and velvety, making it perfect for savoring neat or enhancing premium cocktails.
