Graham is our resident tinkering cocktailian, and you always know he's got a well tuned variation or upgrade up his sleeve, for just about any drink. Here he is upping the savory, umami notes of a Gibson Martini (the one with an onion), with a splash of Hidalgo Amontillado Sherry for oxidized nuttiness, and Japanese Umami Bitters - ooh mommy indeed. The base hews classic though - Bar favorite Ford's Gin and Cocchi Extra Dry form the flavor base in fine fashion.
Kit includes: Fords Dry Gin (750 ml), Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth di Torino (500ml), The Japanese Bitters Umami Bitters (100ml), Hidalgo 'Napoleon' Amontillado Sherry (500ml)
