Amydor AMD360C Gold Foil Stamping Machine – Quality and Convenience for On-Demand Coffee Bag Customization
The Amydor AMD360C Gold Foil Stamping Machine is a versatile, mid-range solution perfect for Australian coffee roasters looking to add luxurious, eye-catching foil accents to their coffee packaging. With a balance of performance and affordability, the AMD360C delivers precision and efficiency, allowing roasters to create unique, on-demand designs that enhance their brand presence and appeal to coffee lovers across Australia.
Please note that this printer is not compatible with bags featuring coffee degassing valves, as the bags need to lay as flat as possible for optimal printing.
While it can print on bottom box bags, this is not the recommended use. Wrinkled or unevenly flat bags may catch in the printing head, so precise alignment is essential.
This printer is most optimized for side-gusseted and stand-up pouches. However, at Central Coast Coffee, we have successfully printed on bottom box bags with careful handling.
Benefits for Coffee Bag Branding:
-
Optimal Resolution for Standout Designs: The AMD360C provides a reliable 200 DPI resolution, perfect for producing detailed logos and text that enhance the coffee bag’s visual appeal without overloading your production process. This resolution is ideal for coffee roasters seeking consistent, professional results.
-
Ample Printing Width: With a maximum printing width of 250mm, the AMD360C accommodates most design needs for coffee bags, striking a practical balance between design flexibility and efficiency. This width provides ample space for brand logos, taglines, or any other design elements coffee roasters want to feature prominently.
-
Effortless Auto-Feeding System: Unlike the AMD360B model, which requires manual feeding, the AMD360C is equipped with an automatic feeding system. This feature allows roasters to print consistently with less hands-on work, enabling smoother workflow and making the AMD360C a practical choice for small to medium-sized production runs.
Why Choose On-Demand Foil Stamping?
The AMD360C model supports roasters in managing brand aesthetics effectively and affordably. With the capability to print on-demand, coffee roasters can adjust designs as needed, helping them minimize waste, lower storage costs, and respond rapidly to customer preferences or seasonal changes.
Key Features of the AMD360C Over the AMD360B:
- Enhanced Efficiency: Auto-feeding capability reduces manual labor, enhancing productivity.
The Amydor AMD360C Gold Foil Stamping Machine is the ideal choice for coffee roasters in Australia seeking a reliable, mid-range solution for premium coffee bag customization. With its balance of professional quality and efficiency, the AMD360C allows brands to stay competitive and visually engaging in an evolving coffee market.
