Giant Steps Circle of Fifths Chardonnay is a premium, multi-vineyard blend that serves as a harmonic "chord" of the winery's five esteemed single-vineyard sites: Tarraford, Sexton, Primavera, Applejack, and Bastard Hill. Sourced from cool-climate parcels in the Yarra Valley, it is crafted with the same precision as the single-site bottlings, utilizing whole-bunch pressing and wild fermentation in French oak puncheons (typically 15% new). The 2024 vintage, the inaugural release, is noted for its "electric" energy, featuring a bouquet of lemon zest, white peach, and grilled nuts with a chalky, mineral-driven palate.
