Ghost Pines Cabernet Sauvignon is rich, soft and structured with aromas of vanilla, brown spice and toasted oak that lead to a palate of dark fruit characteristics, including blackberry and dark cherry. Combining desirable mid-palate viscosity and a full mouthfeel, this Cabernet has a smooth, lingering finish. Grapes for the 2016 vintage were sourced from Sonoma (64%), Lake County (29%) and Napa (7%).
###Product Description
Ghost Pines knows no boundaries. Without the restriction of traditional wine growing boundaries, grapes are sourced solely for quality and flavor from wherever the best fruit can be found. Though sourcing changes from year to year, this philosophy delivers wines of consistent quality with a distinct combination of richness, smoothness and balance that could never be mistaken for ordinary. Named after the indigenous Gray Pines dotting Northern California's hillsides.
