Two worlds meet in this release: chef José Andrés and basketball figure Stephen Curry teamed up on a straight bourbon whiskey finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry Casks. The sherry finish brings a layer of spice and balance that nods to Andrés' Spanish roots, while the bourbon itself leads with rich caramel and vanilla aromas backed by oak, toasted nuts and a smooth sweetness that carries through the finish. Bottled at 50% ABV in a 750 ml format.
The edition was limited to 800 bottles. A significant portion of proceeds goes to World Central Kitchen, the relief organization Andrés founded to feed communities facing crisis around the world, pairing careful whiskey making with a charitable purpose.
