Gearhead Wines Holidaze Pét-Nat 2021 is a red natural wine made from a blend of 60% PicPoul Blanc, 30% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes farmed organically in California. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites. Holidaze is fizzy, fruit-forward, with red fruit on the nose; nice acidity from the PicPoul but overall a round and fruity wine. Another magical wine by Craig West, I don't know how he does it but his stuff is always so unique! Holidaze is no exception.
