Cantina Furlani Rossino Frizzante is a sparkling wine produced by Matteo Furlani in Trentino, Italy. It is a frizzante version of "Maddie" Rosso, made from 100% Schiava with 4 to 5 days maceration. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel, with secondary fermentation in bottle using a starter made from must kept frozen from harvest, with no filtering or fining, no disgorgement, and no added sulfur. Matteo Furlani is a 4th generation winemaker on his family's 3 hectare plot 700m above Trento.
