Frey Ranch Single Grain Series 100% Wheat Whiskey is a limited-edition expression that showcases the soft, approachable character of wheat in its purest form. Part of Frey Ranch's innovative Single Grain Series, this experimental whiskey is crafted entirely from estate-grown winter wheat, offering a rare opportunity to experience the distinctive flavor profile of this grain without the influence of corn, rye, or barley.
Made from 100% winter wheat grown sustainably on the Frey family's Nevada ranch and bottled at 102 proof, this whiskey delivers a smooth, sweet character with exceptional depth. The wheat imparts a silky mouthfeel and gentle sweetness that sets this expression apart, making it perfect for those who appreciate softer, more delicate whiskey profiles. Bottled in a 375 mL format, this limited release is ideal for tasting and exploration.
Tasting Notes:
- Aroma: Soft wheat, vanilla, and honey with hints of fresh bread, caramel, and subtle spice
