Freeland Chai Spice Liqueur is a handcrafted spirit that brings the warmth and complexity of traditional chai tea to life in liquid form. Created by Freeland Spirits, a woman-owned distillery in Portland, Oregon, this innovative liqueur blends premium vodka with an aromatic infusion of black tea and authentic chai spices including cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Each batch is carefully crafted to balance the bold, warming spices with natural sweetness, creating a liqueur that captures the comforting essence of a perfectly brewed cup of chai. The result is a versatile spirit that bridges the gap between craft cocktails and cozy indulgence.
On the nose, Freeland Chai Spice Liqueur offers an enticing bouquet of fragrant spices and sweet tea notes that immediately evoke the familiar comfort of chai. The palate delivers layers of warming spice with prominent cinnamon and cardamom complemented by hints of vanilla and a subtle peppery ginger bite. The finish is smooth and lingering with a pleasant spice warmth that never becomes overwhelming. Perfect for creative mixology, this liqueur shines in espresso martinis, adds depth to fall and winter cocktails, or can be simply mixed with coffee, steamed milk, or cream for an elevated chai latte experience. Whether you're a cocktail enthusiast or simply seeking a unique addition to your spirits collection, Freeland Chai Spice Liqueur offers delicious versatility.
