Four Roses Single Barrel OESK is one of the recipes in the Four Roses Single Barrel Collection. The series arrived in early 2025 to show recipes beyond the classic Single Barrel. Four Roses pairs two mash bills with five yeast strains. OESK joins the E mash bill with the K yeast.
The E mash bill is the lower-rye recipe, with 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% malted barley. The K yeast is known for its baking spice. Each bottle comes from one barrel aged 7 to 9 years. It is bottled at 100 proof.
