Hell Diver 2025 is a masterful, limited-edition blend of aged American whiskeys, showcasing unparalleled complexity and depth. This unique release began with a blend of 17, 20, and 24-year-old corn whiskey and 22-year-old rye whiskey. The 20-year corn whiskey plays a crucial role, delivering a rich, viscous mid-palate that perfectly supports the influence of Pedro Ximénez casks.
After an additional 7 months of finishing in Pedro Ximénez, Cognac, and New Wood casks, Hell Diver 2025 emerges in its boldest form yet—layered, balanced, and unforgettable.
Tasting Notes:
- The nose bursts with red velvet cake, hazelnut, brandied chocolate cherry, baked brown sugar, sweetened chai, raspberry honey, and cara cara orange marmalade.
- On the palate, expect toasted caramel, creamy mocha, ruby chocolate, strawberry conserva, canela-dusted Brazil nuts, toffee, nutmeg, white tea, and crisp French wafer.
- The finish is long and luxurious, with lingering notes of maple, walnut, cocoa powder, and a final flash of red comice pear.
Key Features:
- Blend of 17, 20, 22, and 24-year-old American whiskeys
- Finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry, Cognac, and New Wood casks
- Complex profile with sweet, spicy, nutty, and earthy layers
- Perfect for collectors and connoisseurs of ultra-aged whiskey
