Dive into a sensory masterpiece with Found North 18 Years Old Cask Strength Whisky Batch 011. Distilled in Alberta, Canada and aged across Canada and the U.S., this 2025 release, bottled at a robust 129.8 proof, blends nine components: six corn whiskies (18, 20, 23, 24 years in new and ex-bourbon barrels), two 19-year ryes, and a new wood cask of Peregrine First Flight. Paying homage to the iconic Batch 002, it layers wood, vanillin, and spice for a rich, harmonious pour. Non-chill filtered with no additives, its 7,968-bottle run celebrates complexity with a corn-heavy (91%) mashbill. Sip it neat after a 30-minute rest for depth, or add 2ml water per 50ml for “Manager’s Proof” to unlock maple and marshmallow bursts. Ever tasted a whisky this vibrant? Priced at $165-$200, it’s a collector’s dream for bold whiskey hunters.
