Crafted in Kentucky, USA, Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon is produced by the historic Heaven Hill Distillery, one of America’s largest and most respected independent family-owned distilleries. This expression stands out as the only vintage-dated single barrel bourbon on the market, with each bottle hand-labeled with the barrel number, date of distillation, and bottling date. This transparency underscores the distillery’s commitment to craftsmanship and traceability.
Description
In the glass, Evan Williams Single Barrel displays a warm amber hue with golden highlights. The nose offers inviting aromas of roasted corn, charred oak, vanilla bean, and hints of citrus and tobacco leaf. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well-balanced, revealing flavours of dark caramel, toasted oak, and baking spice, finishing with notes of cocoa and a touch of orange zest. The bourbon’s refined texture and integrated sweetness are a testament to careful aging and single barrel selection. While not labelled with an exact age, most vintages rest between seven and nine years in new American oak.
