Bright, expressive, and distinctly Yirgacheffe — this certified organic natural-process lot from the renowned Konga district delivers the vibrant floral and fruit-forward character that has made this region legendary.
Grown at 1,800–2,100 MASL by Takele Mammo Denbi on his 8-hectare farm in the heart of the Gedeo Zone, this coffee features indigenous heirloom cultivars. As a longtime Managing Director of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union, Takele brings decades of expertise to his craft. This lot is part of Royal Coffee's Single Farmer Lots Program, which breaks individual farmer coffees out from cooperative blends to preserve their unique character and ensure direct relationships. The full natural process and careful drying on raised beds develops the signature jammy sweetness and complex fruit notes that Ethiopian naturals are celebrated for.
Clean, layered, and beautifully aromatic, this coffee shines as a pour-over or filter brew, showcasing the terroir of one of coffee's most coveted origins.
