ELITE Platinum is a 7-ounce freeze-dried instant coffee that delivers a rich, full-bodied cup quickly and conveniently.
This premium instant coffee is made from a carefully selected blend of beans and processed by freeze-drying to preserve flavor and aroma. Packaged in a resealable jar, the 7-ounce size is convenient for home kitchens, offices, or travel. The product is certified kosher pareve and intended for year-round use (note: excludes Passover certification).
How does freeze-dried instant coffee preserve flavor?
Freeze-drying locks in the volatile compounds that give coffee its aroma and taste, producing granules that rehydrate cleanly. Compared with spray-dried alternatives, freeze-dried coffee more closely retains the original roast profile and complexity.
- Rapid freezing protects delicate flavors during processing
- Sublimation removes moisture without heating oils away
- Granules dissolve quickly, releasing aroma when hot water is added
- Consistent taste cup after cup for repeatable results
What flavor and roast profile should I expect from ELITE Platinum?
ELITE Platinum is crafted to offer a full-bodied, authentic coffee experience with a balanced roast character. The label emphasizes a clean finish and the depth typical of a carefully roasted bean blend rather than a single-origin note.
- Full-bodied mouthfeel for a satisfying cup
- Balanced roast with moderate acidity and pleasant bitterness
- Reserved but detectable aromatic notes preserved by freeze-drying
- Suitable for black coffee or as a base for milk-based beverages
How do I prepare the best cup from this 7-ounce jar?
Preparation is simple: add the recommended amount of granules to hot water and stir. Adjust concentration to taste and experiment with water temperature or milk additions for different styles.
- Start with one to two teaspoons per 6 ounces of hot water
- Stir thoroughly to dissolve granules for even flavor extraction
- Add milk, creamer, or sweetener as preferred
- Use a spoon or frother for lattes or cappuccino-style drinks
Is this coffee suitable for special dietary or religious needs?
ELITE Platinum is labeled kosher pareve and packaged under rabbinical supervision for year-round use, though it is not marked for Passover use. It contains 100% pure coffee with no dairy, making it compatible with lactose-free and vegan diets.
- Kosher pareve certification for year-round consumption
- No dairy ingredients — suitable for vegan menus
- 7-ounce jar is shelf-stable when stored in a cool, dry place
- Convenient for households observing dietary restrictions
Who is this for? ELITE Platinum 7-ounce freeze-dried instant coffee is aimed at coffee drinkers who want a reliable, full-flavored instant option without sacrificing aroma and body. It fits busy households, commuters, office kitchens, small apartments, and anyone who values quick preparation and consistent quality. If you prefer the convenience of instant coffee but still expect a richer cup, this product offers a practical balance of speed and taste.
