Privada Storytelling
Aledaño is not meant to linger.
Named after the crudo bar beside El Gallo Pinto in Guayama, this cigar captures the same immediacy and electric energy that defines Chef Ángel David Moreno Zayas’ raw, vibrant culinary expression. Aledaño is about freshness, spontaneity, and bold island character served without hesitation.
This is a cigar built for movement. For stepping outside. For laughter between drinks. For a quick smoke before dinner that turns into staying longer than planned.
Wrapped in Connecticut but far from soft, Aledaño opens bright and assertive. It delivers strength quickly, then transitions into green, herbal tones that feel alive and expressive. It does not evolve slowly. It hits, it sharpens, it finishes clean.
Twenty minutes. No filler. No excess. Just flavor and intent.
Flavor Journey
The opening is direct and spicy, with black pepper leading the charge. Quickly, fresh herbs and vegetal brightness emerge, creating a crisp and energetic mid profile.
The Connecticut wrapper keeps the experience balanced, preventing the spice from overwhelming the palate while maintaining clarity and lift. The finish is clean, sharp, and refreshing, leaving behind subtle green spice and natural tobacco sweetness.
Short. Structured. Lively.
Why It Belongs in Privada
Privada values cigars that serve a purpose.
Aledaño fills the space between long evenings and spontaneous moments. It reflects Puerto Rican creativity, raw flavor, and bold execution without overcomplication.
It belongs in Privada because it understands that not every cigar needs an hour. Sometimes twenty minutes of intensity says more.
Production Notes
