Pretty raspberry red color. The nose reveals beautiful notes from the breeding, evoking tobacco, beech and a slight smoky side, enhanced by a fresh touch of menthol, chlorophyll and chervil. On the palate, the attack is round and dense, demonstrating a beautiful balance. We perceive gourmet nuances of chocolate and cherry. A hint of acidity emerges, bringing a fresh finish, while coated tannins structure the wine throughout the tasting. This wine, very straight without being austere, only asks to open up with time to reveal its full potential. To be decanted in his young years.
90 Points - WIne Spectator
Though velvety, this red is also racy, its vibrant acidity defining flavors of cherry, currant, earth and mineral. Firms up on the finish, leaving a chalky, mouthwatering feel. Best from 2027 through 2040.
