Edmond Briottet Liqueur De Poire William Pear Liqueur
Rooted in tradition, Briottet has been perfecting the art of liqueur-making since 1836. Proudly situated in the heart of Dijon city centre. Now in its sixth generation of family ownership, Briottet continues to uphold a legacy of quality and craftsmanship that has garnered admiration from bartenders.
- The nose is filled with the sweet, fragrant scent of ripe, juicy pears, instantly evoking the essence of fresh fruit.
- On the palate, the liqueur offers a delicate sweetness, capturing the subtle, yet refreshing taste of pears with a smooth, velvety texture.
- The finish is clean and crisp, with a refreshing pear essence lingering softly, leaving a natural, fruity aftertaste.
- Edmond Briottet Liqueur De Poire William pear liqueur is ideal for savouring on its own or serve neat over ice.
- The sweet, smooth pear flavour of the liqueur pairs wonderfully with the bold, tangy taste of blue cheese. The contrast between the liqueur's light sweetness and the cheese's richness creates a balanced and flavourful combination.
Renowned for inspiring the creation of exceptional cocktails, Briottet liqueurs have become an indispensable ally in the hands of discerning mixologists.
