Edmond Briottet Creme De Cassis Liqueur
Edmond Briottet Creme de Cassis Liqueur is produced by Maison Edmond Briottet, a renowned distillery based in Dijon, France. Established in 1836, the company is famous for crafting premium fruit liqueurs, and its Creme de Cassis is made from handpicked blackcurrants, offering a rich and intense berry flavour.
- The liqueur offers a bold, intense blackcurrant flavour, with a natural sweetness that captures the essence of ripe, fresh berries.
- It has a silky, smooth texture which enhances the rich fruitiness, making each sip indulgent and full-bodied.
- A delicate hint of herbal flavour adds depth to the sweet blackcurrant profile, providing a well-rounded and balanced finish.
Pair it with grilled meats like duck or roasted pork, especially when glazed with a cassis-infused sauce, to bring out the liqueur’s fruity richness. Made using the finest blackcurrants from burgundy, France Briottet Cassis De Dijon is bursting with succulent blackcurrant notes with a slight herbaceous, spicy finish.
