Eden Mill St. Andrews Golf Gin is a botanically rich Scottish gin with a slightly saline base from Fife-sourced kombu seaweed — incorporating heather, lavender, gorse, and spruce inspired by the botanicals found around Scotland's coastal golf courses.
Made in Fife, the home of golf, Eden Mill's Golf Gin draws on the flora of Scotland's links landscape. Kombu seaweed from the Fife coast lends a subtle saline tang, while heather, lavender, gorse, and spruce evoke the coastal courses. Juniper leads as it should, balanced by floral and peppery botanicals.
