Earth Mama Organic No More Milk Tea is an herbal, caffeine-free blend designed to help ease unwanted breast milk production during weaning or postpartum recovery.
This certified-organic, non-GMO tea combines traditional herbs historically used to reduce lactation and soothe engorgement. Packaged as 32 single-use tea bags, it brews hot or iced and is formulated for short-term use after childbirth or when intentionally stopping breastfeeding. It is not intended for use during pregnancy.
How quickly will I notice a change after using this tea?
Response time varies by individual; some people report feeling less fullness within a few days, while others may need a week or more of regular use. This tea is intended as one supportive measure during the weaning process rather than an immediate medical intervention.
- Use 1 tea bag per 8 fl oz of water for each cup.
- Drink consistently—commonly once or twice daily—while following your care provider’s guidance.
- Expect gradual relief; combine with gentle breast-care techniques if advised.
What are the ingredients and safety precautions I should know?
The blend is USDA certified organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, and certified kosher, formulated from herbs traditionally used to decrease lactation. It is caffeine free and vegan-friendly. Important: do not use this product during pregnancy; seek professional medical advice if you have underlying health conditions or are taking medications.
- USDA organic herbal blend—no artificial colors or flavors.
- Not recommended during pregnancy; follow clinician instructions.
- Stop use and consult a provider if you experience adverse reactions.
How do I prepare this tea for best results and taste?
Steep one tea bag in 8 fl oz of hot water for 5–10 minutes for a full infusion, or chill and serve over ice. The herbal profile supports mild, pleasant flavoring and makes it simple to include in a weaning routine. Adjust strength by steeping time or using additional bags for larger batches.
- Hot: steep 5–10 minutes for richer flavor.
- Iced: brew double strength, cool, then pour over ice.
- Single-serving bags make dosing and travel convenient.
Can this tea be combined with other postpartum care methods?
Yes—many people use herbal support alongside physical measures like warm/cold compresses, gentle pumping only as needed, or prescribed medical care for engorgement. Treat the tea as a complementary option in a broader weaning plan discussed with your healthcare provider.
- Pair with comfortable breastfeeding or pumping adjustments.
- Use compresses or supportive bras to reduce discomfort.
- Consult lactation consultants or clinicians for tailored guidance.
