Dunville's Three Crowns Blended Irish Whiskey
The revival of this iconic Irish whiskey brings back a name once only found at auction. Originally introduced in the 1830s, this whiskey flourished for nearly a century before disappearing. Now produced by Echlinville Distillery, it maintains the rich heritage of the original while delivering a refined and modern drinking experience.
Blended from a combination of 4-year-old grain, 10-year-old malt, and 15-year-old malt finished in Oloroso casks, it offers a smooth and elegant profile with depth and complexity.
- The nose has aromas of orchard fruits, nutty caramel, and rich butterscotch.
- The palate starts with malt sweetness, followed by citrus fruits, green apples, pepper, and clove, balanced by oak and spice.
- The finish is long and soft, revealing notes of walnut, nougat, vanilla, and dried fruits.
For the perfect serve, enjoy this whiskey neat to fully appreciate its rich complexity. A must-have for Irish whiskey enthusiasts, it is an excellent addition to any collection or a thoughtful gift for those who appreciate fine spirits.
