Belgian Dubbel
ABV 6.5% IBU 23
This Belgian style Dubbel was first brewed into this world in the guts of a giant 853lb pumpkin! Check out the “Stuff you can watch” section of our homepage for the video. Each year this brew, like the great pumpkin, rises out of the fermenter it thinks is most sincere.
This brew is brimming with rich Belgian characters of dark dried fruits, burnt sugars, rum and clove complimented with vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Very complex yet dry and approachable. Comparable to a pumpkin pie spiced butter tart…. in a glass…. without the sweetness.
Key Ingredients: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Vanilla and Belgian Yeast.
