Double Donut Coffee Dairy Free Hot Chocolate Mix is a vegan, instant cocoa powder that delivers rich chocolate flavor without dairy.
Made for people who want a creamy, chocolate-forward hot drink without lactose, this 12-ounce canister of Double Donut's non-dairy hot chocolate powder mixes quickly into hot water or plant milk. The formula emphasizes true chocolate taste and is crafted so the flavor reads clearly—whether enjoyed plain, topped with marshmallows, or finished with a dairy-free whipped cream. Packaged as a grocery-friendly bulk canister, it’s designed to be a go-to pantry item for families, cafés, or anyone stocking vegan-friendly beverages.
How do I prepare the instant vegan hot chocolate?
Preparation is fast and forgiving: whisk or stir a measured scoop into hot water or your preferred plant milk until smooth. Adjust the scoop amount to control sweetness and richness, and froth with a milk frother for café-style texture.
- Suggested ratio: 2 tablespoons of powder per 6 oz hot liquid.
- Use hot water for a lighter cup or almond/oat milk for creamier results.
- Heat liquid first, then blend in powder to prevent clumping.
- Add marshmallows or vegan whipped topping for an indulgent finish.
What ingredients and certifications should I expect?
The mix is formulated without dairy ingredients and made using vegan-friendly components to achieve a chocolatey profile. It’s labeled kosher, and the recipe is intended to be allergen-conscious by excluding lactose-containing dairy.
- Vegan-compatible powdered cocoa base and sweeteners.
- Certified Kosher packaging and manufacturing claims where applicable.
- No milk solids listed—suitable for those avoiding dairy.
- Bulk canister packaging for repeated use or portioning into packets.
How can I use this mix beyond a hot drink?
The concentrated chocolate taste works in a variety of recipes: blend into smoothies, fold into dairy-free frostings, or use as the chocolate element in baked goods. Because it’s an instant powder, it dissolves easily into both cold and warm preparations when whisked or blended.
- Stir into plant-based milkshakes or morning oats for chocolate flavor.
- Mix into frosting or ganache for vegan-friendly desserts.
- Use as a dusting on drinks or desserts for added cocoa aroma.
- Combine with coffee for a mocha-style beverage.
