A vibrant Chablis showing grapefruit, lemon, green apple, white flowers, and pronounced saline minerality. Old-vine Chardonnay delivers impressive concentration and silky texture, while bright acidity and Kimmeridgian soils create a precise, energetic white with a long, refreshing finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with oysters, scallops, grilled fish, crab, roast chicken, sushi, goat cheese, or delicate seafood dishes.
92 Points - James Suckling
Pure and refreshing, this wine offers aromas of fresh green pear, lime and crisp green apple. Medium-bodied with a distinctive chalky texture, the palate is energized by mouthwatering acidity and excellent freshness. The finish is lithe, mineral-driven and gastronomic. Made from biodynamically grown, Demeter-certified grapes. Drink now or hold.
