Domaine Jean Féry Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune 'La Côme des Amoureuses' 2023 is a refined, organic single-parcel white Burgundy crafted from Chardonnay vines grown on high-altitude limestone slopes bridging the villages of Échevronne and Pernand-Vergelesses. Native-yeast fermented and aged in a combination of French oak barrels, foudres, and ceramic amphorae, it pours a bright pale yellow hue. The nose offers vibrant aromas of green apple, fresh peach, and citrus zest, layered over toasted almond and a pronounced wet-stone minerality. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, creamy, and precise, displaying striking energy, crisp acidity, and a long, chalky finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with roasted poultry, pan-seared white fish, sea scallops, creamy pasta, and goat's milk cheeses.
