A Pinot Noir from Mercurey in Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise, produced from a blend of around 20 old-vine parcels, predominantly on limestone soils. The profile typically shows raspberry, strawberry and red cherry, with subtle vanilla and earthy spice. The palate is fresh and fruit-driven, with silky tannins, bright acidity and a refined, gently savoury finish. Domaine Faiveley notes that the vines are more than 30 years old, contributing additional aromatic intensity and depth.
Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir. Sourced from vineyards influenced by the limestone-rich soils of the Côte de Nuits, delivering the elegance, freshness, and savoury complexity that have made Burgundy the benchmark region for Pinot Noir worldwide.
