Domaine Faiveley Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru Les Cazetiers 2023 is a refined Pinot Noir from one of Gevrey-Chambertin's finest Premier Cru vineyards. Aromas of black cherry, blackberry, violet, licorice, forest floor, and subtle oak lead to a concentrated palate with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, exceptional mineral precision, and a remarkably persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast duck, beef Wellington, venison, herb-crusted lamb, wild mushroom risotto, or aged Comte for a distinguished Côte de Nuits pairing.
94 Points - Wine Spectator
Bright, fluid and bursting with cherry, raspberry, floral, mineral and oak spice aromas and flavors, this red draws you in with its silky texture before the well-integrated structure announces itself on the finish. This is balanced and long, all the while displaying a sense of elegance. Best from 2028 through 2042. 530 cases made, 106 cases imported.
