The Diesel Vintage Natural Robusto Gordo (5 x 56) delivers a bold yet refined take on a natural-wrapped cigar, built to showcase flavor, body, and balance rather than mild simplicity. Wrapped in a silky Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, paired with a Nicaraguan Habano binder from Estelí and Nicaraguan Habano fillers from Jalapa, this medium-bodied cigar offers a layered profile of toasted cedar, cream, roasted nuts, light pepper, and subtle natural sweetness. The generous 56 ring gauge adds richness and texture without dulling definition.
The Vintage Natural blend was created to highlight the elegance possible in well-aged Connecticut wrapper cigars when paired with robust Nicaraguan tobaccos. Rather than leaning soft or bland, this cigar delivers structure and depth, allowing the wrapper’s creamy character to complement the spice and aroma of Jalapa-grown fillers.
In the Robusto Gordo format, the cigar burns cool and even, producing dense, aromatic smoke and a plush mouthfeel. Early creaminess gradually gives way to notes of toasted grain, warm wood, and gentle spice, finishing smooth and satisfying with excellent balance.
