Tasting notes: Green Apple, Kumquat and Cashew Nut
Grown by sisters Arleen and Maria Jimenez in the renowned Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, this honey-processed Caturra reflects the dedication and craftsmanship of a family deeply rooted in coffee. Together with their father, they operate Beneficio La Angostura, a family-run mill built through generations of hard work and a passion for quality.
Roasted to a smooth medium profile, this coffee opens with bright notes of green apple and kumquat before settling into the comforting sweetness of cashew nut. Balanced, approachable, and full of character, it delivers a clean and satisfying cup that beautifully showcases the care behind every stage of production.
